The Ford F-150 is nation’s best-selling truck! With many features and capabilities, there is no doubt that it is highly desired by millions of people. For 2021, the Ford F-150 has six engines, six trim levels, and comes in different body styles and bed lengths. Power
Straying away from the regular gasoline engines, Ford has equipped some 2021 F-150 models with a full hybrid 3.5 liter “PowerBoost” V6 engine to get the most horsepower and torque. The towing capacity is also expected to pull at least 12,000 pounds and have a full tank mile range of 700 miles.
Technology
The new F-150 will also be the first production vehicle to be enabled with SYNC 4 technology, including wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto and wireless phone charging. The dash comes with a 12-inch screen with enhanced voice recognition and Over-the-Air-Updates that improve the user experience.
Driving Assistant
Ford has also introduced Active Drive Assist, which will allow drivers to hand more control to the vehicle. On more than 100,000 miles, drivers will be able to take their hands off the wheel on divided highways as long as they are paying attention.
Electricity
With such a high demand for generators, Ford has equipped the 2021 F-150 with built-in generators. With Pro Power Onboard, you can choose from three outputs to fit your needs. 2.0 kW for gas engines, 2.4 kW that comes standard for the hybrid engine, or 7.2 kW which is also optional for the hybrid engine.
Zone Lighting
The all new F-150 now has lighting options such as selectable zone lighting. This feature lets drivers light up specific spots in and around their vehicle, including the bed area too. This can be controlled remotely in the FordPass App so drivers don’t have to use flashlights anymore!
